We’re Martha & Lucy. Senior Creative Team.
MARTHA. Colombian who doesn’t drink coffee. Ex BBDO, JWT, DDB. Martha loves writing but deleting words gives her satisfaction. She worked remotely (before it was a thing) for an ad agency in Miami and a startup in Washington. She has an MA in Digital Marketing and is known for singing the wrong lyrics.
LUCY. One of Campaign and Creative Equals ‘Ones to Watch’ in 2021, Winner of Creative Comeback 2020. She’s run her own creative studio for clients in Europe and Asia, has taught at art schools, is a qualified Coastal Skipper and is passionate about environmental sustainability.

What have we done recently?
Pitches & projects
We have some great projects under NDAs that we’ve worked on, including recruiting the first ever female commando, getting Irish ladies to rediscover Guinness, getting adults to play with Lego Botanical sets and creating a game-changing launch in pharma.
Played with Snapchat filters
Digital campaigns are our thing so we were thrilled to be one of the teams nominated to participate in the Snapchat Creative Council. Getting AR tools and creativity together to find a solution to a pressing issue.
Worked at Anomaly
Anomaly housed us for 3 months to work on and produce the new Gordon’s Gin integrated campaign aimed at men - OOH, online, video, radio and print. We had lots of meetings with Diageo and made Gin unpretentious.
Green
We feel like now is a crucial time to do more purpose led work. We invited the Greenwich community to do Just 1 thing to make their borough greener, designed a poster for The Ocean Agency to inspire a new generation of scientists that was exhibited at UNESCO HQ in Paris and helped BBC with the launch of Frozen Planet 2.
A poster* in Paris
Our first work together got shortlisted and it was exhibited in Paris at The Ocean Decade Exhibition, UNESCO HQ. *The brief was to create a poster, we also attached a 360 campaign. All for the sake of the ocean.
A pitch for Pet Parents
We worked on a pitch with the team at MBAStack. Our pets kept photobombing the Zoom meetings and the agency went in the second round.
